  4. Heat kadai. Add slitted green chili, sliced onions and saute it till the colour changes. Add little water and cook onions till it becomes soft.
  5. Add sauted and cooked onions, dry powder and boiled potatoes to secondly extracted coconut milk. Leave it to boil. After it starts to boil add firstly extracted coconut milk. Don't leave it to boil.
  6. Switch off the flame immediately after adding the 1st extracted coconut milk.Garnish with coriander leaves. This goes well with aapam or dosai.
